Group Training- The purpose of small group training is for you to work on similar skills or ideas that are introduced in practice in a smaller more intense and detail oriented environment. During the session we will REQUIRE 150% effort and attention.
Private Session- During these sessions it will be you and a coach going though a plan designed to push you.

What do I bring to group training?
You need to bring appropriate footwear (cleats, turfs, or flats) a pumped ball and water. Also, PLEASE WHILE YOU TRAIN WITH US... DO NOT WEAR ANY OTHER CLUB'S JERSEY SHORTS SOCKS OR WARM UPS!!!!
